Salary range * – Illinois law requires employers with 15 or more employees to include the pay range and a general description of benefits in any posting for a job done at least partly in Illinois (Illinois Equal Pay Act, 820 ILCS 112/10(b-25), in effect since January 1, 2025). Postings without them cannot go up on this board. For a single figure, put the same number in both boxes.
